NAMI Presents New Strategic Plan

Thank you to all who participated in the Town Calls. We appreciate your  input is always helpful. To download NAMI's 2007-2010 Strategic Plan, click here.

The plan builds on NAMI’s existing strengths and successes.  We focus heavily on building capacity at all levels of the organization and on goals and initiatives that are genuinely achievable. 

Many of you who attended the Leadership Institute will recognize the theoretical structure that underlies the plan – charting our course “from good to great.” 

NAMI leaders told the Board they were ready to “take it up a notch” and move NAMI toward greatness.  The Board believes this plan can help us do that.
