Join us as we once again celebrate scientific research and advocacy and the inspiration that this work can to lead to in the future.

Called the Swedish gem on the Potomac River, the House of Sweden is our site for the 2013 NAMI Scientific Research Award reception. Home to the Embassy of Sweden, the building offers spectacular views through its glass walls.

The event, sponsored by the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), is an invitation only evening with networking opportunities with an audience of leading members of the scientific and research communities, the media, members of Congress, political leaders, academia, community leaders and the corporate sector.

During the evening, NAMI will also present awards to several members of Congress whose advocacy and leadership have made a major impact on the lives of people with mental illness. .
