NAMI Greenville, S.C.

National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Greenville, South Carolina is a nonprofit, grass-roots organization offering support, education and advocacy for families and friends of people with serious mental illness and for persons who have serious mental illness.

MISSION

  1. To provide support, education, advocacy and outreach for persons with mental illness and their families.

  1. To promote better quality of care, rights and interests for citizens with mental illness, particularly those who cannot speak for themselves, and to advocate policies at the local, state and national levels to accomplish these objectives.

  1. To help families and friends of persons with mental illness by providing emotional support, education and information.
