Welcome to the NAMI Pasco County website. If you or someone you love has a mental illness and you are seeking help and information, know that you are not alone. Through NAMI Pasco support groups you can connect with others experiencing the trauma of mental illness. Veterans and their families can receive help targeted to their specific needs and experiences. Educational classes are offered to improve our understanding of mental illness and its treatment. All classes and support groups are offered free of charge.
We are now on facebook!
If you have a FB page this is a great way to make more people aware of NAMI Pasco and what we offer to people in our communities. It's a great advocacy tool and a simple but great way for all of our members to contribute towards educating the public through this social media. A media that has millions of people attached to it. We just need everyone's help who has a Facebook page to hit "like" and then encourage all of your friends to hit "like" on the NAMI Pasco page. Before you know it, we are educating lots and lots of people all about what NAMI does, our needs for more mental health services and on and on and on.....chances are you may very well help someone find the NAMI resource they desperately need and didn't know existed.
