   The MISSION of NAMI WINCHESTER is to provide support, education and advocacy for individuals, their families and others who are affected by mental illness.

The VISION of NAMI WINCHESTER is to eliminate the stigma of mental illness in Winchester City and the counties of Frederick, Warren, Page, Shenandoah and Clarke.
