WELCOME TO NAMI KANE COUNTY, ILLINOIS!
WHO WE ARE
NAMI Kane County, Inc. (National Alliance on Mental Illness) is a
grassroots self-help, support, education and advocacy organization
that serves families and individuals who live with mental illness.
MISSION
NAMI Kane County is dedicated to the welfare of people with mental
illness and their families. Our primary goals are in the areas of support,
education in mental illness, and advocacy for improved and expanded
mental health services.
OUR MEMBERSHIP
Our Membership consists of family members, friends, professionals,
and individuals recovering from mental illness. To view a list of

MEETINGS
Our monthly meetings are held on the 2ND Saturday of each month
(except July & August ) at the Ecker Center, Elgin, 9 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Our 1st Thursday monthly family support group is held at the
Congregational United Church of Christ, Fox Mill Blvd., St. Charles,
from 7 - 8:30 p.m. For directions to UCC, please contact Lynette at
