There Is Help... There is Hope.

Who We Are

The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) for Livingston/McLean Counties is a self-help, nonprofit organization which serves the central Illinois region.  An affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness dedicated to improving the quality of life for persons with neuro biological brain disorders.

Purpose

Our purpose is to improve the lives of persons with mental illness and their families through awareness, education, support and advocacy.

    

Our Membership

Our Membership consists of family members, friends, professionals, and individuals recovering from a mental illness.

Meetings in the Bloomington area:

NAMI Family Support Group

NAMI Family Support group is Saturday, October 25, 2014 from 1:00-2:00pm at Morningstar United Methodist Church, 3714 Fort Jesse Road, Normal, IL 61761

NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group

NAMI Connection Recovery Support group will meet from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m on Saturday, October 25, 2014 at Morningstar United Methodist Church, 3714 Fort Jesse Road, Normal, IL 61761.    For more information call 309-287-9913.

 

Meetings in the Pontiac area:

Meetings are held the 1st Thursday of each month at First United Methodist Church,

219 N Chicago Street, Pontiac, IL at 7 p.m.  Contact:  John or Bonnie 815-842-1514 or Laura at 815-844-7392

 

NAMI DeWitt County

Meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of each month at the Human Resource Center (HRC), 1150 Illinois 54, Clinton, IL 61727
