Who We Are

The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) for Livingston/McLean Counties is a self-help, nonprofit organization which serves the central Illinois region.  An affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness dedicated to improving the quality of life for persons with neuro biological brain disorders.

Purpose

Our purpose is to improve the lives of persons with mental illness and their families through awareness, education, support and advocacy.

Our Membership

Our Membership consists of family members, friends, professionals, and individuals recovering from a mental illness.

Meetings in the Bloomington area:

NAMI Family Support Group

NAMI Family Support group meets from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. on the fourth Saturday each month in Parish Hall at Epiphany Roman Catholic Church, 1006 East College Avenue, Normal, IL 61761.  For information call 309-287-9913.  

Next Family Support group meeting is Saturday, July 26, 2014.

NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group

NAMI Connection Recovery Support group will meet from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. on the fourth Saturday each month in Cenacle Room at Epiphany Roman Catholic Church, 1006 East College Avenue, Normal, IL 61761. For more information call 309-287-9913.

Next Connection group meeting is Saturday, July 26, 2014.

Meetings in the Pontiac area:

Meetings are held the 1st Thursday of each month at First United Methodist Church,

NAMI DeWitt County

Meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of each month at the Human Resource Center (HRC), 1150 Illinois 54, Clinton, IL 61727
