The purpose of NAMI at IUPUI shall be to coordinate activities campus-wide which promote advocacy and educational efforts, promote the IUPUI Student Mental Health Care Clinic’s available services in an effort to encourage the use of its resource, while serving as a mental illness information collection and dissemination center and fostering public education on the issue of mental illness by promoting community support programs which serve to de-stigmatize and enhance the experience of those on campus suffering from mental illnesses.
