We are a Campus NAMI affiliate in our third year in existance.  Our primary purpose lies in the education and advocacy of our students, faculty, staff, and surrounding community here at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.  We hope to expand knowledge and awareness of mental illness at Indiana University and educate our campus on how menal illness can affect their lives, affects the lives of many others, where consumers can obtain treatment resources, and what actions are being taken to ensure a better quality of life for consumers and their families.  We hope that our education and advocacy will promote understanding and compassion for those affected by mental illness and help to fight the associated stigma.
