Provides numerous outpatient programs to help clients deal with anxiety and phobias.

Special Programs:
Phobia Self-Help Groups: Phobia, panic attack and anxiety sufferers learn the process
of contextual therapy and how to approach and gradually enter their phobic
situation.
Eight-Week Phobia Clinic: Weekly meetings with a psychiatrist and practice sessions
with a phobia aide enable participants to manage phobias and panic attacks.
Health Anxiety Program: A six-week program for people who have an exaggerated
fear of physical illness and worry constantly about their health. Led by a
psychiatrist.
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Group
Public Speaking Group
Social Anxiety Group
Fly Without Fear Program: Offered once a year, seven week course at Westchester
County Airport
