NAMI Cape Cod is a grassroots organization whose membership consists of family members of people with mental illness, mental health consumers, friends, and mental health care professionals. (NAMI By-laws, July 2002) Most members enter the organization at the local level with a dues payment which secures membership at the state and national level as well. Membership is paid annually.
