NAMI Danville provides classes, support groups, and various in-office resources available to members. The primary focus of these services is to educate consumers and their families about mental illness and provide comfort, guidance, and insight into the unique challenges of living with, or loving someone, with a mental illness.

We also have events targeted at the public to raise awareness and challenge the stigma surrounding mental illness.

Check the calendar for times or contact the office.

Support Groups
Confidential meetings to allow those with mental illnesses to connect with others in similar situations in a nonjudgmental environment.

Family-to-Family Education Program
A 12-week course structured to help family members understand and support their ill relative while maintaining their own well being.

Out of the Shadows and Into the Light
An 8-week education for program for parents of children and adolescents with mental illnesses to learn about their child's illness and how best to help their child's recovery.

Building Recovery of Individual Dreams and Goals through Education and Support. This program is conducted in conjunction with the Kentucky Consumer Advocacy Network.

Networking and Social Groups
