Help us finish our fiscal year in the black—make a year-end gift today!

Like all nonprofits, NAMI-Vermont has been affected by the economic downturn. The good news is that we’ve been able to continue providing free classes, support groups and advocacy, despite a decrease in donations and grant support. The bad news: we may have to cut back on some services, unless we are successful in meeting the challenges of lower donations & grants.

That’s why we’re writing you now: to finish our fiscal year in the black, we need to raise an additional $10,000 in memberships and contributions by June 30. If you have never made a contribution to support the work of NAMI-Vermont as a member or donor, there’s never been a more important time to show your support than right now.

Members receive both specific benefits and the satisfaction of seeing their contribution go directly to continue the support, education and advocacy that make NAMI unique among all advocacy groups. Members receive our quarterly newsletter, the Vermont Advocate, get reduced registration to our Annual Conference, and receive the national NAMI Advocate news magazine.

There are four ways to donate:

1. To make a one-time gift to NAMI-Vermont with a credit or debit card, click the ‘Donate Now’ link at the top of this page.
2. To join through the eJoin online membership program, click here. (Memberships begin at $35/year, and 100% of your dues are returned to NAMI-Vermont.)
3. We also accept donations via credit or debit card. Call our office at 1-800-639-6480 during business hours (Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.).
