12 week class offering current information on major mental illness, coping skills and the biology of the brain. Classes held twice a year.

Basics

6 week education course taught by and for parents or caregivers of children and adolescents.

Ending The Silence

A high school presentation teaching basic signs and symptoms of mental illness.

Brains Can Get Sick

Video program for young high school or older middle school students, demonstrating the symptoms of the major mental illnesses.

Parents And Teachers As Allies

Two hour program to promote educational understanding and communication between families and school professionals.

Red Flags

A depression awareness program for middle school students taught in health class.
