Peer-2-Peer 

Is a ten week, two hours per week, education course, taught by NAMI- trained Mentors on the topic of recovery for any person with serious mental illness who is interested in establishing and maintaining wellness in recovery. The Course uses a combination of lecture, interactive exercises and structured group processes. The diversity of experience among course participants affords for a lively dynamic that moves the Course along.  For more details click here 

                                                                                                                                                           


Family to Family "Knowledge is Power" 

This is a free 12 week education course for family members, taught by NAMI-trained teachers; it comes with a large notebook full of ways to help you understand and cope with your mentally ill loved one's disease. For more details click here

The course covers many topics such as:

    • Major Depression
