Education

We offer free classes. (You don't have to be a member to attend).
- Family to Family - for families, friends, and caregivers of adults with mental illnesses.
- Visions for Tomorrow - for parents, extended family, or foster parents of children with brain disorders.
- Peer to Peer - for any person with a mental illness interested in establishing and maintaining their wellness and recovery.

We offer an extensive library of books and videos to our members.

We welcome a variety of speakers at all of our monthly meetings which are open to the public.

We distribute informative brochures to all those in need.

Support

When there is enough interest, we also offer free support groups. (You don't have to be a member to attend).
- Family Support - for families, friends, and caregivers of adults with mental illnesses.
- Consumer Support - for any person with a mental illness interested in establishing and maintaining their wellness and recovery.
