Family to Family Education Class
The recovery of a person who develops a mental illness is a challenge which is best met with support from family, friends, and other allies. To help this natural support net to understand the disease and its ramifications, NAMI has developed a 12-week program of classes that meet once a week. This national model is offered at NAMI Lane County at least twice a year.

Schiziphrenia and Schizoaffective Disorder
Borderline Personality Disorder
Panic Disorder and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
Post-traumatic Stress Disorder
Co-occurring Brain and Addictive Disorders

The Eugene area F2F classes meet from 6:30 - 9:00 PM in room 198 at the Lane County Behavioral Health building, 2411 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd.
Cottage Grove also has an F2F class.
