You are not alone...

Mental Illness is a devastating disease, not only for those who have it, but also for the families and friends who love them.  When a family or individual is first confronted with the reality of mental illness, they usually experience shock and bewilderment,  Why him/her? Why us?  What went wrong?  What should I do?  Where can I get help?

The Gwinnett Community Help Book is a good place to start.

Feel free to print your own copy of the book.
