This is the page where you can find out who your state and federal legislators are and how to contact them.  You can even contact the Governor or the President through this site.

One way to make changes in the mental health system and to improve the lives of us living with mental illness is to contact your legislators and let them know how important mental health is to you.  We can make a difference if the policymakers know who you are and what NAMI is.  Whe you hear about a bill that is going to be concern you or your loved one affected by mental illness, let them know that passing that bill is important to you.  Believe me they will listen.

IT'S VERY IMPORTANT THAY YOU VOTE!

When you call about a mental health issue, the first thing they check is to see if you are registered to vote.

Remember...

I COUNT!

I MATTER!

I VOTE!
