Area Housing
Bill and Krystina Csuk, two of our Dahlonega members, are planning a housing project on 8 acres they own in Lumpkin County. They have formed a nonprofit called B-K Cottages for Recovery and are applying for 501c(3) status. Their first cottage will be plan KC 697 from Cusato Cottages which will include a basement with two additional bedrooms. Future plans for the acreage include walking trails, garden plots, animals (perhaps goats) and a small catfish pond. When completed, the site will have 5 to 6 cottages. There will be up to 4 people (with a private bedroom) in each cottage with a maximum of 24 people on the property.
If you would like to offer support, please contact Bill at bill.csuk@gmail.com or (706)344-9233.
