Each month, NAMI Franklin County hosts a guest speaker to discuss various topics related to mental illness.

A panel of speakers will discuss the programs and services their agencies offer to the mental health community and their families. Including: PLAN of Central Ohio, Social Security Administration, Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation and Center of Vocational Alternatives

Annual Meeting
Speaker Todd C. Wessell, author of, The One and Only, will discuss the life of his great uncle, Charles "Chic" Harley, whose football career ended when he was diagnosed with schizophrenia.

Healing Through Art
Treatment in Illustrations: Healing through Art will feature Don Jones, co-founder of the American Art Therapy Association. Jones will explain who his years of teaching art classes have helped individuals with mental illnesses to progress toward recovery.
