Regular Monthly Meetings

All meetings are free and open to to the public, and we warmly welcome anyone (consumer, caregiver, family member, spouse, partner, or friend) whose life has been affected by mental illness.  You do not need to be a dues-paying member to attend our meetings. We do, however, encourage regularly attending individuals to join NAMI, which confers a number of benefits both on them and on our affiliate; please see the Membership section for more information.

Special Meetings

In June we meet for a picnic potluck, typically in a city park, and in December part of our meeting is devoted to a holiday party.  Times and locations for these events are announced well in advance.
