NAMI-AV normally has three meetings each month.  Meetings on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month  are support group meetings which deal primarily with caring and sharing with and for each other. There are two separate and simultaneous support group meetings: A Family Support Group is for family members/loved ones of someone living with a mental illness; a Connection Recovery Support Group is for consumers.  A General meeting, at which we invite speakers and provide education via viewing of DVDs and holding discussions, takes place on the 3rd Monday each month.  All meetings are from 7:00 to 9:00 PM.  We have speakers when available.  All meetings are free of charge.

STANDARD MEETING SCHEDULE:

  • Family Support Group and Connection Recovery Support Group meetings - 2nd and 4th Monday, 7-9 PM
  • General meetings - speakers and education - 3rd Monday, 7-9 PM.
  • Board meetings - 1st Monday, 6:30 PM at 44349 Lowtree Ave, Lancaster CA 93534. All NAMI-AV members are welcome.

  • Meetings that fall on holidays may be rescheduled, relocated or cancelled. Check the Calendar of Events web page for the most recent schedule.
