NAMI Northside Atlanta relies on its membership and your generous contribution to continue providing education and other services to people with mental illnesses, their families, and the community. Membership dues are for a full year.

To join NAMI Northside Atlanta, renew your membership or make a contribution, print out either of these membership forms at the bottom of this page.  Then simply complete the information, enclose your check payable to NAMI Northside Atlanta and mail to the address listed on the form.

LOCAL

  • Monthly support groups where both families and persons with illness can discuss problems with others coping with similar issues.
  • Monthly membership meetings with guest speakers who are experts in such area as mental health services, medications and research.
  • Family-to-Family – A comprehensive 12-week course about mental illness coping techniques for families with an adult person with mental illness.
  • Opportunities to participate on boards and committees of agencies who influence decisions in the mental health world.
  • Advocacy in such area as insurance benefits, treatments, housing and employment opportunities.

STATE
