NAMI DALLAS GENERAL MEETINGS

Join us at a NAMI Dallas Monthly Meeting

NAMI Dallas holds General Meetings on a monthly basis.  The meetings are free and open to the public.  One does not need to be a member to attend the meeting.  They are held on the 1st Thursday of each month at Park Central Baptist Church, located in North Dallas. 

Directions: Park Central Baptist Church is at 7777 LBJ Freeway, just two blocks west of Coit Road.  There is plenty of free parking in the church's parking lot with signs directing people to the location of the meeting room.

Support groups meet before the General Meeting from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  Light refreshments are served from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.  During that time, meeting attendees can pick up various kinds of printed information and literature at no cost and meet other people. The General Meeting begins at 7:30 p.m. with announcements on a variety of subjects.  Following the announcements, the speaker for the evening is introduced.  Speakers address a wide range of topics of interest to NAMI Dallas members and guests.  There is always time for some questions and discussion after the speaker completes his or her remarks.
