NAMI Geauga Walk Page

On September 22, 2012 as we will walk with NAMI Greater Cleveland.  Team Geauga County will meet behind the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame at Voinovich Park in downtown Cleveland and walk for three miles to public square and back.

One of the main obstacles to helping those with mental illness lead a healthier life is the lack of education surrounding mental illness, as well as the stigma associated with mental illness. To raise awareness of NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness), NAMI Greater Cleveland hosted its 8th annual NAMIWalks for the Mind of America and we at NAMI Geauga will join them as a team.

This is a 3 mile walk. Be a part of this exciting community wide event and join NAMIWalks 2012!
