NAMI Northern Illinois distributes a bi-monthly newsletter to about one thousand people. It is an eight-page newsletter full of information about mental illness. Six hundred are sent through the mail to our readers. The rest of the newsletters are distributed to doctors’ and mental health providers’ offices, waiting rooms, and public libraries for people to pick up and read. If you would like to be on our mailing list and become a member, please call our membership chair, Beverly Capone at 815-962-8630.
