What: NAMI Waukesha's 2013 Peer to Peer Class

Time:          6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Instructors: Judith Crowley. Jo Schreiber, and Cathy Friend

This is a FREE 10-week course that is taught by trained peers for people living with a mental illness.  The course offers education and support through a combination of lecture, discussion, interactive exercises, and stress management techniques. This class is only offered once per calendar year.
