Consider a Legacy Gift to the Alliance on Mental Illness-St. Louis

Naming the Alliance on Mental Illness-St. Louis as a beneficiary in your estate plan is a wonderful charitable gift that helps continue our St. Louis area programs for generations to come. An Unrestricted Bequest:
"I give, devise and bequeath to the Alliance on Mental Illness-NAMI St. Louis (federal tax ID number 43-1143899), located at 1750 S. Brentwood, St. Louis, MO 63144 (please insert dollar amount or percentage of estate remainder)  to be used for the general purpose of the organization, at the discretion of its Board of Directors."

A Restricted Bequest: (to support a particular program or area of interest to you)
"I give, devise and bequeath to the Alliance on Mental Illness-NAMI St. Louis (federal ID number 43-1143899), located at 1750 S. Brentwood, St. Louis, MO 63144 (please insert dollar amount or percentage of estate remainder) to be used for the purpose of _____________."

Donors may also name the Alliance on Mental Illness-NAMI St. Louis as the ultimate beneficiary of a bank certificate of deposit, a life insurance policy, an IRA, or other financial mechanisms.
