About the Support Group we offer:

NAMI Vermilion County offers support

  • "Caring Hearts" is a support group designed to meet the needs of family members.

About Caring Hearts

Caring Hearts is a support group for family members and friends of people who have been diagnosed with mental illness.  Randi Jones, Therapist with Crosspoint Human Service Agency, is now assisting with facilitating the support group.  This is truly a huge advantage!  You will be able to ask more questions and receive professional answers or guidance.  We are so happy that Randi has joined our efforts to continue being supportive to families, friends and loved ones.

Caring Hearts meets  at the First Presbyterian Church in Danville.   Anyone wishing to attend this group should call Janet at 217-662-2865 or Randi at 217-442-3200 in advance of the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m.

Parking is available on the west side of the church located on the corner of North and Franklin Street in the downtown area.

We meet to allow others to share and offer healthy conversation for the family member or friend.

There is no reason for anyone to believe they are alone in their pain.  We understand and what we discuss remains confidential.
