NAMI-Farmington Valley sponsors the following community support groups which are free of charge and open to the public:
FOR PEOPLE LIVING WITH A MENTAL ILLNESS-
NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group – This is held twice a month and is open to anyone who needs support as they recover. The group is facilitated by people in recovery who have reached a point in their journey where they want to assist others. They are trained and certified by NAMI to conduct Connection groups.
Starting Jan 7, 2014, group will meet the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month

FOR FRIENDS & FAMILIES OF SOMEONE LIVING WITH A MENTAL ILLNESS-
Nami Friends & Family Support Groups- These groups are held once a month and are open to anyone with a friend or family member living with a mental illness. They are facilitated by NAMI trained family members.
