PATIENT ADVOCATES at NC Psychiatric Hospitals:
Call the NAMI North Carolina Helpline 800-451-9682 and ask for the name and phone number of the representative who advocates for in-patients at each of the state psychiatric hospitals. These individuals are extremely helpful in dealing with in-patient crises and monitoring patient care.
