SUPPORT IS IMPORTANTImage

    • Feelings of isolation can be immobilizing.  Support can give relief from isolation while giving the opportunity to not only associate within a group, but possibly form meaningful, lasting, individual friendships.
    • Sharing experiences can lead to increased self-awareness, self-esteem and self confidence.
    • Groups provide great opportunities for learning new strategies and options for dealing with the day-to-day rigors of living with any mental illness.
    • Support can keep us focused on the here and now, while moving us forward with our recovery.
  • All support groups meet in the NAMI-Billings office at 1645 Avenue D, Suite G.
  • Unless otherwise specified, support groups are a mix of diagnosis.
  • With the exception of youth support groups, the other groups are not appropriate for children.
  • Groups are confidential and free of charge.
  • Please call us at 256-2001 if you have any questions.
