SUPPORT GROUPS

NAMI of Westchester has developed a network of mutual support groups throughout the county. These groups provide the opportunity to share experiences and information about community resources and treatment options.

Recovery support group for people living with mental illness in which people learn from each other's experiences, share coping strategies and offer each other encouragement and understanding.  The group is open to all adults with mental illness, regardless of diagnosis.  Group meets the first and third Mondays of the month in White Plains.  To register please call 914-592-5458.
