Family Support Groups are facilitated by family members and we are geared for family and friends of individuals living with a mental illness.
Consumer support groups are facilitated by peers in recovery and are geared for individuals managing a mental illness.
Both Family and consumer support groups meet every Sunday from 2:30pm -4:00pm at Participation Station. Fifth Sundays of the month feature a guest speaker or workshop. (four times annually)
A NAMI Lexington orientation is offered every Friday at 3:00pm at Participation Station. This includes an overview on NAMI services/programs, general information on mental illness & an opportunity for questions and support.
Participation Station is located on 869 Sparta Court, Lexington, KY. Sparta Court is off Versailles Road one block from Red Mile toward town. There is a sign in the front lawn. For information call Lexington office 859-272-7891 or Participation Station 859-309-2856.

NAMI CONNECTION Recovery Support Groups are led by individuals who
are in recovery. NAMI trains mentally ill persons to facilitate these support groups.
