In our support groups, family members and friends can openly share with each other the challenges of living with someone who has a mental illness and find ways together to meet those challenges.
These informal support group meetings are always free of charge and are led by a NAMI trained and certified leader. All groups are confidential—you can share as much or as little personal information as you wish.
