Support Groups

All of NAMI's Support Groups are provided for free, and are open to the public. Most of the groups meet on a regularly weekly schedule, either once or twice a week. The groups are led by trained Peer Support Group Facilitators, individuals who have been affected by mental illness themselves.

You are welcome to come and participate in the support groups as much or a little as you’d like. The groups are low-pressure, and full of understanding people who are willing to work through similar mental health issues together.

If you have any questions about the support groups at NAMI, please call (417) 864-7119.

Below is an alphabetical list of all of the current ongoing support groups.
