Individuals living with mental illness will be transformed from simply living with mental illness to actively advocating for themselves and taking charge of their recovery. Presented by trained consumers, the course is aimed at relapse-prevention. Topics include individual relapse prevention planning, a debriefing/storytelling week and an advance directive for psychiatric care. The course meets for two hours once a week for 10 weeks.

Free recovery course for individuals living with mental illness that helps achieve and maintain wellness.  Our spring class is currently full. If you would like to be added to an interest list for future classes, please contact our office at 410-435-2600.


This is a support group for persons coping with a mental illness. The 90-minute weekly group is facilitated by persons who live with mental illness. Constructive resource sharing and problem solving are utilized.
