Programs

FOR THOSE WITH MENTAL ILLNESS

NAMI Connection Support Group - Support for those living with depression, bipolar anxiety or other mental health disorder. Meets weekly.

Family Support Groups - Support for family members/loved ones of someone living with a mental illness.

Peer-to-Peer - Peer-to-Peer is a unique, experiential learning program for people with any serious mental illness who are interested in establishing and maintaining their wellness and recovery.

 

FOR FAMILIES

Family-to-Family - The NAMI Family-to-Family Education Program is a free, 12-week course for family,  friends, and loved ones of individuals with severe mental illnesses.

NAMI Basics - NAMI Basics is the new signature education program for parents and other caregivers of children and adolescents living with mental illnesses.

 

FOR GENERAL PUBLIC

In Our Own Voice - In Our Own Voice (IOOV) is a unique public education program in which two trained consumer speakers share compelling personal stories about living with mental illness and achieving recovery.
