NAMI DC offers various services to assist DC residents affected by mental illness:

  • weekly support groups for people with mental illness
  • Family-to-Family education and support courses for family members of people with mental illness
  • multidimensional information and referrals for people who need to find a doctor or therapist, who have a grievance, who need housing services, and more...
  • provider education to help mental health professionals better serve their client
  • Library of books, videos, audio tapes and publications on recovery and illness (office is open 10-2 Monday - Friday)

If you are a family new to the illness or just seeking support call us.
