Caring for a family member with mental illness is challenging and expensive. More frightening is what will happen to a loved one when a caregiver dies or becomes incapacitated. Mind-Body Skills for Caregiver Self-Care

This informational workshop will introduce Mind-Body skills and mindfulness-based strategies to you you the tools and resources to begin and support the process of finding balance in your demanding role as a caregiver. Participation in a Mind-Body Skills Group has the potential to relieve symptoms and transform the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of your life; this program will provide self-care strategies that you can immediately integrate into your everyday living.
