Accessing Transit Services for People with Disabilities

MFY Legal Services and Nassau-Suffolk Legal Services will provide a training on paratransit services in NYC and Nassau County. The training will cover how to apply for paratransit services, how to appeal a denial or reduction in services, and how to handle service problems.

The meeting starts at 7:30 in Sloman Auditorium at The Zucker Hillside Hospital – 266th Street and 76th Avenue, Glen Oaks, NY. The Caring & Sharing support group meets beforehand at 6:00.
