One in four adults experiences a mental health disorder in a given year.
One in 17 adults or 5% lives with a serious mental illness such as schizophrenia, major depression or bi-polar disorder.
Mental illness is a medical condition that disrupts a person's thinking, feeling, mood, ability to relate to others and daily functioning.

NAMI Glendale offers an array of peer led support, education, and advocacy programs to help individuals living with mental illness, their families, and loved ones. NAMI Family Support Group offers support for family members and loved ones of those living with a mental illness. We offer these groups in English, Spanish, and Armenian
