NAMI Family Support Group

Our family support group is a resource for families or friends who have a loved one with mental health challenges. Knowing others have had the same experience is a relief to families who have never spoken about mental illness to neighbors, friends, and often not even to relatives. Learning that others have been able to work out some of the problems associated with mental illness can inspire new hope in families who attend a support group. The support groups are facilitated by family members, everyone in the group is a peer.

For more information, please call the NAMI office: 707.527.6655 or visit
