About NAMI's Education, Training, & Peer Support Programs

NAMI offers an array of peer education and training programs and services for individuals, family members, providers, and the general public. NAMI's education and support programs provide relevant information, valuable insight, and the opportunity to engage in support networks.

These programs draw on the lived experience of mental health individuals and family members who have learned to live well with their illnesses and have been extensively trained to help others, as well as the expertise of mental health professionals and educators.

Whether you are a individual, a family member, a provider, or a member of the general public, there is a NAMI education or support program to help you learn more about mental illnesses, develop coping strategies, or find the support you need.
