"Whether you yourself live with mental illness or you are a family member of a loved one living with a mental illness, you are not alone. NAMI Lubbock offers not only support groups, but also educational programs to help others learn the skills needed to cope with their illness."



The National Alliance on Mental Illness is a grassroots coalition of families, friends, professionals, and individuals living with mental illness. NAMI Lubbock is one of over 1,200 affiliates of NAMI, the nation's largest mental health organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families affected by mental illness. NAMI Lubbock engages in advocacy, research, support, and education. Members of NAMI are families, friends, and individuals living with mental illness such as: Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Major Depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Panic Disorder, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, and Schizophrenia.
