NAMI Mid-Carolina works to improve the treatment and quality of life for people who live with mental illnesses, their families, and the community through education, support and advocacy. Join us for our Education Meeting held the 2nd Tuesday of each month, 6 p.m., at Trenholm Road United Methodist Church to learn more about mental illnesses and how you can help stop the stigma associated with these illnesses.

Thank you to everyone who made the 2009 NAMIWalks for the Mind of America such a success. More than 1100 people turned out on Saturday, April 25, to raise awareness about mental illness in our community.
