Provides assessment, individual group and family counseling to individuals who are experiencing life problems related to chemical abuse or dependence and to family members affected by a loved one’s chemical abuse. Psychiatric evaluations and medication education and monitoring are available. Provides a safe place for individuals to learn about their chemical dependency and abuse and build a framework for ongoing recovery.
Payment Terms: Medicaid, Medicare, insurance, sliding scale
Eligibility: Putnam County residents
Special Programs:
Student Assistance Programs at Brewster, Haldane and Mahopac High Schools provides information and referral services to students, faculty and parents. Also provide alcohol and substance abuse prevention education through assemblies, classroom presentations and positive alternative activities.

A 129-bed residential facility with comprehensive services for adolescents, men and women.
Outpatient services also available.

Special Programs:
Treatment Program: Consists of four key elements, primary care, rehabilitation, family
care, continuing care. After school outpatient programs and IOP.
Adolescent Program: For 12-18 year olds specially designed to address adolescent substance abuse issues.
Dual Focus Program: A clinically intensive program designed to treat patients with addictive disease complicated by emotional and psychological problems such as depression, mood liability, and anxiety.
Gender Specific Program: Specially designed to create a milieu sensitive to the issues that both women and men face with addictive diseases.
