Information Services Coordinator - Arlington VA
|
Position Summary: To provide technical and administrative support for the activities of the Information Services team. To serve as the main point of contact for direct member inquiries. Responsible for ongoing maintenance and support of Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) chapter management interface including but not limited to: membership, eMarketing and Education program data management.
Essential Functions:
Member Support/Servicing
•Respond to direct member inquiries regarding membership received via phone and email •Technical support for online member access
CRM Support
•Responsible for CRM training and technical support •Manage CRM chapter management system configuration •Support CRM eMarketing module •Test new customizations
Membership Communication
•Develop, edit and format monthly newsletter to State and Affiliate Organizations. This newsletter is the main communication vehicle to the hundreds of users of the system. It informs them about official procedures, upcoming new features and shares tips for efficient use. •Host monthly town hall conference calls. These conference calls are an opportunity for the system users to ask questions about the system directly to the support team and get real time answers. •Develop and maintain CRM user manual and help site
Membership Processing
•Process memberships received via spreadsheets or snail mail in the CRM database. •Troubleshoot membership data integrity issues •Address membership discrepancies received from State Organizations or Local Affiliates in the CRM database. General Administrative Support
•Provide administrative support for NAMI’s Annual General Elections process. •Provide general administrative support to Information Services team. •Perform data cleanup as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
•2+ years’ experience supporting CRM or similar system end users •Web editing skills •Proven ability to work as part of results-oriented team •Strong computer skills including experience with Access, Excel and Word •Demonstrated interpersonal skills •Extremely customer focused •Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently as well as part of a team •Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced and deadline based environment •Good communication skills, public speaking, grammar and diction; •Good organizational skills; •Exhibit initiative in anticipating and solving problems. •Skilled in data entry and manipulation, with close attention to detail
Desired Qualifications:
•BA or BS preferred •NetForum experience a plus
